John Franklin Audio is a professional recording studio located in Frimley Green, Surrey and conveniently situated just off the M3 motorway. The studio is only a short journey from nearby train stations, with direct trains to London, Guildford Reading and beyond. There is also ample free parking if you are travelling to the studio by car. ABOUT JOHN
In the sixties John Franklin was lead guitarist in a very successful group called Wishful Thinking boasting a million selling single and album called Hiroshima. Wishful Thinking with John featured on the film "That'll Be The Day" as the Debonairs. Back up vocals for the entire film were performed by Wishful Thinking.
The seventies were filled with work as musical director for the New Seekers touring the world with mega stars as Liza Minelli, Andy Williams, Sonny and Cher, Sammy Davis Jnr and the 105 piece Boston Pops Symphony Orchestra plus session work for major acts at that time including Cliff Richard, Cilla Black and Olivia Newton-John. John co-wrote and co-produced the song "Come on you reds" on the Manchester United album along with many TV. Themes for BBC and Channel 4.
Having changed his direction to the other side of the studio window in 1992, John is now regarded arguably as one of the finest audio producers in the country. Using the latest digital technology in both hard and software.
ABOUT TERESA
Teresa Potter-Franklin is the Project Manager at JFA. She has many years of experience working in the family business of entertainment and leisure.. This has given her a great work ethic with the ability to to spread her communication skills across all genres.
Her role is to co-ordinate recording sessions and oversee booking the appropriate voice talent for projects. This includes negotiating with agents (and direct) to agree a fee that is suitable for both voice talent and the client. She has great value in organizing voice artistes, not only for recordings but also is well connected when securing celebrities for personal appearances, product launches and special events.
